Stefan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background and over 20 years of experience in business management, marketing, sales, and development. Stefan has worked in various industries, including technology, marketing, and hospitality. He has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt his skills to different roles and environments, consistently delivering top-notch results.
Stefan's journey started in England, where he was born and spent his early years in boarding school. He first ventured to the United States as a child and later attended The University of Texas in Austin, TX.
Stefan's journey took him across different cities, including Scottsdale, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; and Portland, OR, before returning to Austin, where he pioneered the city's short-term rental market with the establishment of STR Austin, the first full-service short-term rental company in the area. Building on his success, Stefan went on to launch Flint Rock Property Management, Austin's premier short-term rental company, which he later merged with TurnKey Vacation Rentals to become one of the largest STR companies in the world. In recent years, Stefan has worked with notable players in the vacation rental industry, including Vacasa and VHCstay. He has shared his knowledge and expertise, helping these companies grow and succeed.
Now, as the co-founder of Sweet Spot Rentals, his impressive background and experience make him a trusted advisor to homeowners, investors, and property management companies, helping them achieve their goals through effective property management and marketing.
